Morning Cleanse: Sencha Green Tea (22%), Green Oolong Tea (22%), Lemongrass, Yerba Mate Leaf, Burdock Root, Dandelion Leaf, Calendula Flower, Blue Cornflower.

Directions
Infuse approx 3g (1 teaspoon) in a cup of near-boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drink 1 cup every morning with breakfast.
