Crushed powder of Senna alexandrina and extracts equivalent to dry - 1.84g
Craetagus pinnatifida (Mountain hawthorn) fruit - 240mg
Alisma orientale (Great water plantain) tuber - 160mg
Plantago asiatica (Asian plantain) seed - 240mg
Nelumbo nucifera (Sacred lotus) leaf - 280mg
Hordeum vulgare (Barley) fruit* - 160mg
Citrus aurantium (Bitter orange) fruit - 280mg
Senna tora (Sickle senna) seed - 240mg

Directions
Infuse 1 teabag in a cup of near-boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drink one cup every second evening after dinner.
